NDTrak

NDTrak was formed out of the industrial need for advanced NDT solutions to complex mechanical integrity issues. It is rooted in the operational and regulatory requirements which pertain to the mechanical integrity of oil and natural gas producing, processing and transportation equipment.

NDTrak technicians have conducted inspections of over a hundred offshore and onshore facilities in the past few years alone, detecting and documenting in excess of 1800 leaks from over 8,000 surveyed components.

NDTrak incorporates state of the art testing equipment into the in-service inspection of safety systems, rotating equipment, electricals, process flow, vessels, piping and valves and into the detection, validation and remediation of fugitive gas leaks.

NDTrak’s core team has over 200 years of operational and non-destructive testing experience. It is aligned with SEMPCheck Services which is the premier provider of safety and environmental management applications and inspectors across the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. The alignment with SEMPCheck offers a unique solution to the need for the comprehensive validation and online reporting of operational and safety compliance.
