Access to the NDTrak site is for the private and exclusive use of the Subscribing
Member. Any entry into the site, or the use of a subscribing member's Username or
Password, collectively, even with the express consent of such member, is strictly
prohibited by SEMPCheck. Access to the site, or the obtaining or use of information
contained therein, by anyone other that the Subscribing Member, is in violation
of both state and federal law and all violating parties will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent thereof, in addition to the immediate withdrawal of all access privileges
and locking of the Subscribing Member's account.
